If you are a student or making one video on a tight budget, compare the cost of a complete result. HotelLobbyAI’s public signup copy mentions 2 free credits, but the currently displayed default two-photo generation uses 81 credits. The free signup balance is a small credit gift, not a free finished video.
What one purchase currently covers
| Option | Credits or video count | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| New account gift | 2 credits | A default 81-credit generation is not covered. |
| Try It one-time pack | $6.99 for 100 credits | Covers one default generation at 81 credits, leaving 19 credits. |
| Basic monthly plan | $9.90 for 280 credits | Can cover three 81-credit default generations, with 37 credits left, if the displayed settings stay the same. |
| LobbyBooth single video | $4.90 one-time | Lower checkout price for one fixed 10-second, 720p, 16:9 video. |
A low-cost way to decide
- Check that the two photos are clear and that each person is assigned to the intended side.
- Use the default 10-second, 720p setup when that matches your goal; higher-cost settings can use more credits.
- Use the optional clothing note only when you want to change one performer’s outfit.
- Choose a one-time pack when you only need a single video and do not want a recurring subscription.
